This notice explains what the Graipe website collects and how we handle it. It covers the site you're reading right now. When the Graipe app launches, it will come with its own, fuller privacy policy.
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
That's everything. We don't ask for your name, we don't create an account, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Your email is used for one thing: to notify you about early access and the Graipe launch. When it's your turn, you'll get one note. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists or pass your address to anyone for their own use.
Waitlist signups are stored in Supabase, a database provider that hosts the data on our behalf. Access is limited to the people running Graipe.
To keep bots off the waitlist, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell humans from bots, Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and how you interact with the page. It is a privacy-first alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and is not used to build an advertising profile of you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. As part of serving those fonts, Google may receive your IP address. No cookies are set for this, and Google does not use it to identify you here.
We keep your email until Graipe launches and for a short while after, so we can finish inviting everyone on the list. You can ask us to remove your address at any time, before or after launch, and we'll delete it. Just email info@graipe.ai from the address you signed up with.
If we change how the website handles your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For anything significant, we'll do our best to give waitlist members a heads-up by email.
