Privacy | Graipe

The short version: we collect your email address so we can tell you when Graipe launches. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and we don't track you around the web. That's the whole story. The detail below just spells it out.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

The email address you type in.
Which form you used (the top of the page or the bottom) and the time you signed up, so we understand which parts of the site are working.

That's everything. We don't ask for your name, we don't create an account, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it

Your email is used for one thing: to notify you about early access and the Graipe launch. When it's your turn, you'll get one note. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists or pass your address to anyone for their own use.

Where it's stored

Waitlist signups are stored in Supabase, a database provider that hosts the data on our behalf. Access is limited to the people running Graipe.

Spam protection

To keep bots off the waitlist, the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell humans from bots, Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and how you interact with the page. It is a privacy-first alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and is not used to build an advertising profile of you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set any first-party cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two small, functional things: remembering that you've already joined the waitlist on this device, and remembering the choice you make below.

When you first visit, we ask you to choose:

Necessary only. The site runs on system fonts instead of loading Google's, and nothing optional is requested. Cloudflare Turnstile and Supabase still run when you submit the waitlist form, since both are required to complete the action you're taking.
Accept all. Also loads our typefaces from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google as part of serving the font files. No cookies are set for this either way, and Google does not use it to identify you here.

You can change your mind at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer of any page.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
We don't run advertising or third-party ad cookies.
We don't use analytics products that track you across other websites.
We don't build a marketing profile of you.

Your data, deleted

Here is everything we store from this website: the email address you gave the waitlist, which form you used, and when you signed up. It lives in Supabase, our database provider, and nowhere else.

Want it gone? Email info@graipe.ai from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We'll remove it and confirm back to you within 7 days. This works the same before or after launch, and there's nothing to cancel, because there was never an account.

Otherwise, we keep waitlist emails until Graipe launches and for a short while after, so we can finish inviting everyone on the list.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the website handles your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For anything significant, we'll do our best to give waitlist members a heads-up by email.
